Project Issue and Change Management (PICM) addresses requirements related to the efficient management of logging and documenting issues/ changes, assigning to responsible people, and managing tasks to process the issues and changes

Using this application the user can do the following:

1.User ( eg. project engineer, quality assurance staff) can see list of assigned inspections updated in the calendar

2.User can organize, filter & view the inspections by
•Date of inspection ( Overdue, Today and Upcoming)
•Master project name
•Inspection type
•Inspection priority

3.User can also search for inspections using
•textual search
•any combination of the parameters - Master Project, Inspection type, Priority & Occurrence

4.Application allows user to select the inspection and view different activities assigned in the inspection & their status

5.For each inspection activity, user can perform the following actions
•Attach images either by capturing a new image or use an existing image on the mobile device
•Add inspection notes/ response
•Set status of the activity
•Set actual, start and end date

6.If any deviations are found during inspection then the user can create an issue as given below
•Select the Master project name for which issue needs to be raised
•Fill the below details
•Photo ( already existing / new using camera)
•Issue type, name and priority
•Issue description and impact ( optional)
